Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral arrangements, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery—such as damage or quality concerns—please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos so we can review and make it right where appropriate.

Order cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated.
